H, C, L and number of colors inputs too permissive #1

H, C, L and number of colors in the palette inputs could be constrained to allowed values. When you enter values with keyboard, you can enter values outside the range.

I think it might be more intuitive to have the input value changed to the closest possible value in that particular range.
