Dear Sir/Madam I am attending the Moocs course on Bruno Latour, and I am very interested in using your fantastic tools at sciencescape, however, I almost always fail in the extraction phase in several tools when uploading a csv from Scopus and Web of Science. I have made a query and saved files as CSV, with and without headers. Have you any idea of what I am doing wrong? I am using windows 7 enterprise.
