Add jsDelivr hits badge #165

Hey, I noticed that ally.js gets 250k hits per month on jsDelivr, so I thought you might like this badge.

thanks! unfortunately our BrowserStack account has not been renewed yet, causing the build to fail. I'll merge this once I got the infrastructure back up and running…
