For vscode I think we could add a few more:

Vetur proper support for .vue files
Jira/Bitbucket integration shows ticket and pipeline updates and you can even see the tickets and PRs in your editor.
Visual Studio IntelliCode this one's more of a preference thing, but can come in handy for larger code bases as it "learns" which intellisense suggestions should be prioritized and puts the on top.

For WebStorm I like the CamelCase and String Manipulation plugins

Is this still a WIP? Maybe we can merge the current changes since it'll already be useful in the current state. We can always extend this later.
