add chapter on `Node.js` with sub-chapters for nvm and LTS #54

I had a discussion with someone who was having an issue running a tool, because the person was using Node 15, with NPM 7.

To hopefully avoid that discussion in the future, this chapter will add explainers for both nvm and LTS, and also explain which version we are suppose to be using,
