Hello Ken! Apologies for the delay in response. Yes, we are actively working on a rebuild for iCoRe and will have the service available with updated data by late February. We'll keep you posted!
Thank you kindly Musa for the iCore rebuild and also for the reply. Much appreciated! If there is anything I can do to help, please let me know.
Best,
Ken

@profkenm Hello Ken! GKG queries for 2020, 2021 should be now accessible here: https://icore.mnl.ucsb.edu/
Hi Musa and iCore team. I am using iCore (GDELT) data to write a conference paper to be presented at the Midwest Political Science Association (which is the largest political science association and conference) in Chicago in April 2022. The paper is a cross-national comparison of sentiment in news coverage of Covid-19.
The iCore site is down at present. Is that on purpose? Might you be able to bring it back online? Also, whereas most recently the data end on 03/30/2021, assuming it is coming back, is there any chance you might be able to bring it up to date (through, say, the end of 2021)?
Thanks very much. And thank you for iCore.
Ken
