Add Podcasts #99

We don't have a database model/table, nor end points for Podcasts. The tree should look like:

Organization
- People
- Person
- Podcast
- Recording

We just have Recording under Organization right now.

Should we also support recordings directly under organizations too? Do some clips not belong to a podcast/show but rather directly to the organization?

Also this is a dupe of #63, which can probably be closed since it contains less detail.
