definition of done:

i can filter out apps like bitwarden or keychain for example
i can filter out incognito window (browser thing, should work on chrome, edge, arc, safari)
should work both in CLI and app (e.g. add in settings ui)
in cli i expect something like screenpipe --filter-out-app bitwarden or something like this (find a good ux)
in UI it should be a + when you click it list apps you have on your computer and you can select to add to list of ignored
there should be a toggle or checkbox to filter out incognito i think
