windows audio device issue #352

one user has issue with audio devices (4800hz and 44100hz), no idea why (basically STT does not work and was working from 0.2.34 app to 0.2.48)

one of the fix i did which solved coverage over most devices was:

use in memory audio data to STT (instead of encoding+decoding mp4 several times)
use sample rate divided by 3 for deepgram (dark, misunderstood, magic that works for 48000hz and 96000hz devices)

any help would be appreciated, anyone with similar device could look into this?
