Button is not visible #3

I installed plugin but I don't see button anywhere.

Did you guys run the redmine plugins migrate rake task and then restart your redmine webserver?

  rake redmine:plugins:migrate RAILS_ENV=production

Otherwise, the plugin won't show up in the plugin list, as in @majkinetor's log

Yup, the log is after reverting.

Indeed, (not sure if you face the same problem here) users using Firefox have the button whereas users on IE8 can't see it !

Can you fix this?

My fork works well with IE 11 on Windows 7. I'm sorry but I'm not going to investigate issues with IE 8...

Also I have to note that the plugin is using the original redmine methods to add this button to the editor - so this is maybe a redmine issue and not a plugin issue...
