It's wired that I need to fit my SGDRegressor to use the model. #24

It's really confusing when I realized that the offered pretrained models only produce bottleneck feature and users need to fit their own regressor to evaluate. Which makes it's a necessity to download RPCD dataset.

I think it would be better if you release the regressor as well to make this repo a OOTB tool.

@MoyanZitto Hi, may I ask if you successfully downloaded the dataset? I have been confused with 'Not all PushShift shards are active. Query results may be incomplete.' issue and unable to have the dataset. Thanks!
