Feature/filter sender themen #623

Add the feature that the filter "Sender" and "Thema" will get saved now. Also add a new option to choose if filter changes should be persited directly or on click on a save button.

Der PR war an sich nicht stabil und kann nun nicht mehr integriert werden -> close.
