VLC path entered in setup is applied only after restart #624

MediathekView v13.8.0 (Windows 10, 64bit) During setup we can enter the path for the VLC player. It looks like this setting is applied only after a restart of MediathekView. Before the restart, "nothing happens" when clicking on the "Play" button. Thanks for this great app!
