changed rss content-type to text/plain #239

text/plain gives the user the ability to view the output in web browser. with application/rxx+xml the file gets downloaded automatically (at least in firefox).

Could you please change that to text/xml? This way it still has the correct type of xml and it will be viewable in browsers.
