Fix location of strings.xml to enable translations with weblate #323

This PR is meant to enable the migration from transifex to weblate.

I Am sorry, but I don't think that is how it should work. The way this PR is setting up language resources, English is used as a locale when the preferred locale is not available as a translation. I don't think this is a good solution. Most content like show titles, descriptions and EPG data is German anyway, so German should be the fallback language for completely unsupported locales.

The user has always the choice to use English as her fallback locale by setting it in the systems settings. This way a Turkish speaking user with a English fallback locale will get the English app. Without a fallback locale he will get the German version - which is consistent with its content.
