Km/grafana fargate dashboard

I'm really just needing confirmation that the logic in the ecs_fargate_grafana_dashboard module makes sense and doesn't have any anti patterns. There was a lot of hoops to go through to get the templating correct but I tested with a dummy dashboard and all checked out.
