Does MediaWiki PageAttachment support postgresql now?

Hi alexbozhenko:

I haven't got around to create the SQL scripts to for "Postgresql" database.

PageAttachmet need three tables (see the SQL scripts under "setup/sql" 
directory).

You can create them manually and PageAttachment would work.

PostgreSQL support has been added.

Code is checked into branch v3.2.0 and in the default branch.
