"1 November" is missing in the overviews - fixed 3.8.4 #106

Wiki Version: 1.15.1
Calendar Version: 3.8.3

Problem: The first of November is not diplayed the year and month overview.

It's displaying fine in my test environments. Does this happen with a plain 
standard
calendar tag without config options?

What language are you using?

I'm using the Dutch language.
Using the following tag:

<calendar name="Huisagenda" monday weekofyear />

Interesting! I was able to reproduce it 3.8.3. However, its fixed in 3.8.4.
