Period in wiki-title or calendar-name causes the month/year toggles to stop working #86

Add a new Wiki page as follows: Calendar:Test.1

Notice that the month/year toggles dont work.

This may be caused by other characters.

I'm using the wiki title and calendar name to create the cookie that remembers
the
month/year the user has selected. If the name or title contains a period, the
cookie
isn't saved and the month/year toggles do not work.

I have a fix I'm testing that replaces the period in the cookie name.

There is still a problem in v3.8.2.
Someone entered this ("2 pm Meeting • Lunchroom ") as a calender event in
October.
From then on this month stopped showing with th following error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function getURL() on a non-object in
/wiki/extensions/Calendar/common.php on line 172

The problem was this letter "•". After deleting everything is back to normal!
