Syncing a language update might cause some elements of the page to be translated #119

To reproduce:

  1. Login as any user.
  2. Load the app in english.
  3. Update a translations doc that is not english. No changes are needed, just a bumped rev.
  4. For online users, do nothing. An offline user should sync.
  5. Notice that some elements of the page have been translated to the language that you've just updated.
