Run a test suite from the apdex test automation branch in cht-core #109

We want to be able to run a full suite of the apdex test automation directly from the cht-core repository. For this task we'd be focusing on running just one of the configs (num-1/test-apdex.js)

[x] Add commands to cht-core/package.json
[x] Add dependencies to cht-core/package.json
[x] Run all tests in num-1/test-apdex.js from root directory
