Complete tasks for initial apdex automation set-up PR review

In order to update the ini OPR and resubmit it for review we need to complete the following tasks as part of this ticket

[ ] Merge test scenario to capture telemetry data for tasks:refresh into apdex-automation-tests branch
[ ] Clean up code
[ ] Update the README/documentation on how to set-up and use the apdex test automation
