Create snapshot of CHT instance for regular apdex testing #146

As part of provisioning a new CHT Instance each time we run the apdex tests we need to complete the following tasks:

[x] Prepare CHT Instance with defined docs and config
[ ] Take the snapshots of the AWS volumes of the instance
[ ] Create snapshot id and version/state mapping
[ ] Generate a volume from a snapshot-id
[ ] Launch Instance via cht-deploy

@Hareet as part of this ticket can I also get the access to view the Volume id of an instance I created in my namespace? I got this error when i treid to retrieve the volume id using this command kubectl get pvc -n raphael


Error from server (Forbidden): persistentvolumeclaims is forbidden: User "raphael" cannot list resource "persistentvolumeclaims" in API group "" in the namespace "raphael"```

Hi @Hareet I'm jumping back on this one - based on my previous comment can you kindly grant me access to view the Volume id of an instance I created in my namespace?

Some bugs were discovered preventing this. However I'm fixing things this week and to make it easier to do tickets like these.
