Understand Supervisor workflows and config for MoH Mali #53

To help make sure that https://github.com/medic/cht-core/issues/6543 doesn't cause any other weird issues for MoH Mali, we need to understand their workflows in and out. We should either:

  1. Meeting recording
  2. Hierarchy deck - desired changes
  3. Hierarchy deck - operational
  4. Hierarchy currently has Supervisor areas, but they also want Supervisors to view multiple areas. While I think #6543 will accommodate this, I actually think it would be cleaner to remove the supervisor areas.
  5. No verification workflows (ie Supervisors are not verifying death reports and the like)
  6. Several supervisory forms
  7. HE sees only CHW Area, not the CHW, also does not see villages/concessions/etc...
  8. Will only sees tasks and contacts tabs, no targets
  9. All workflows are developed and tested but not deploying these until the issue of managing multiple areas is resolved
  10. Supervisors will use tablets
