Fix "submit a report for a newly created person" in Apdex testing scripts #62

After writing test scripts in #5 Comment we noticed that the test to submit a report for a newly created person is not stable and most times does not complete the user flow. We want to fix this flaky test so that subsequent test executions will capture the enketo:contacts:form:contact:c80_household:create:add:save telemetry data
