Viewing CHVs' previous month's targets #6257

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. D-Tree usually provide CHVs with incentives every month. The amount of money is a blanket figure among all CHVs and is not tied to performance. D-Tree team is keen on introducing a Payment for Performance (P4P)model whereby CHVs are paid based on their performance. They will be focussing on two main activities/metrics; registrations and visits and would like to use "targets" page in delivering the P4P model. Currently the targets page only shows data of the current month.

Describe the solution you'd like Supervisors would like to view previous month’s targets on different metrics for each CHV so that they can determine the amount of money/incentives to be paid to each CHV

Describe alternatives you've considered D-Tree team is using Periscope for data visualization but are unable to drill down to individual CHVs performance neither does it show previous month's performance.

Additional context A mockup of the request can be found in the link below https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1R1bHjzb-j2WxkcJcK_deVzWOv3K4SNw8qOjXNAUCU1I/edit#slide=id.g6e91034eb5_0_61

As per convo with Leah: the feature is one of the D-Tree’s supervisor feature request within a contract that is coming to an end in March 2020

Hi @n-orlowski the supervisor features to be release in v3.9 will allow for 6 reporting periods of historical data to be viewed offline (assuming the target data is available). I'm unsure whether they would be able to isolate the previous months activity, or if this is a further improvement.
