Upgrade to latest CouchDB (>=3.4.2) #9574

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. CHT Core is looking to bifurcate online and offline search which will leverage features in the latest version of couch. We're currently on couch 3.3.3 which doesn't have the latest features.

Describe the solution you'd like As CouchDB has released a new version 3.4.2 which has improvements, including a stable version of Nouveau search, along with other features core would benefit from. upgrading core ahead of the bifurcation would be great!

Describe alternatives you've considered make tons of changes at once instead of incrementally
