Describe the issue CHT-deploy is our main tool for deploying CHT application in the cloud, yet it has no e2e tests.

Describe the improvement you'd like Add e2e tests for CHT deploy. Ideally these should run when:

pushing changes for CHT-deploy
pushing a beta
publishing a release
manually, when we know helm charts have been updated

Describe alternatives you've considered No alternative.
