Improve 'CHT Core dev environment setup' #1382

This section mentions, we must use couchdb 2.x. However, latest CHT would throw an error if couchdb 2.x is used.

CouchDB - OS package instead of in Docker - you MUST use CouchDB 2.x! We still strongly recommend using Docker.

Hey @1yuv should we omit that mention or change to another couchdb version?
