Based on the experience by MoH kenya migration to Kubernetes.

This will be the process.

[x] Attend a migration KT meeting
[x] Highlight keywords and first observation steps
[x] Attend a clone/production migration meeting and pick out the steps
[ ] Obtain the 43 point checklist prior and post alteration by the MoH Team
[ ] Draft google doc with steps and add Hareet and Elijah as collaborators
[ ] Start a PR and add Hashim, Kanji and Hezbon as reviewers
[ ] Incorporate feedback
[ ] Highlight differences in dev and production
