Overview of CHT deploy script, how to run it, what values to change etc.

It should be placed under this folder.

We should ensure we don't have duplicate content! There's a lot of deploy script how-to under the Deploy CHT Core on Medic hosted EKS page. It'd be great to see this moved to the public hosting section.

What would be left for the existing Medic hosted EKS page would only be how to request EKS perms, how to clone an instance and other Medic specific tasks. The rest would be "see public CHT Deploy script docs" kind of links/language
