Upgrade guidance for system admins #80

Some partners have expressed confusion over the upgrade best practices and process for their CHT deployments.

  1. We need user-level documentation for system admins so they know how to upgrade via admin console
  2. Communicate how long the upgrade should take (view warming, etc) and what sort of service interruption they should expect
  3. We should communicate roughly how large the download is on the end-user device for a typical update
  4. We should communicate the end-user experience during the update
  5. We should communicate the ideal timeline for the update to be deployed to all phones. Should partners bring in all phones and make sure everybody upgrades on the same day, or can users safely continue to work on the old version until it is convenient for them to upgrade?
