Describe the bug The subscription is not activated when the LTFU workflow ends, and the callback endpoint is not contacted.
To Reproduce Follow the standard LTFU workflow with a live callback endpoint. However, when the process is over, the callback endpoint isn't called.
Expected behavior The FHIR Subscription Details resource should have been sent to the callback endpoint.
