Register a child that is between 9 and 18 months. Run an assessment form on this child. Be sure to select no for the vaccines question. The task for immunization follow up should show after a bit of data modifying. Sync the report and modify the reported_date to be 7 days ago. Using fauxton. Otherwise the task won't display. Sync after making the changes and ensure the task displays.
