wipe instances for release testing. #108

Hey! We are about to start release testing and need to get our instances wiped for a known good state. Release testing is 3.9.2 and 3.10.1

All instances have been wiped!

You'll have to upgrade to the correct version and upload the config.

@Hareet is it possible to have gamma.dev wiped again? We had some other testing that cluttered this instance up again before getting to 3.9.2?
