User: Restricted User Site: Standard config site Platform: Mobile App Test Steps: From the admin app Process a new person form(N) using the phone number associated to a restricted user and create a new woman.

Expected Result: The new woman is created in the restricted users hierarchy and the sms report is associated. Verify the Medic ID is populated for the new user.
