App build successfully loads selected CHT server URL #172

User: Restricted Site: Instance(gamma, gamma-b, cht) Platform: Mobile App Test Steps: Steps for test

1. Install xwalk unbranded, preferable from Google Play store 2. Select one of the existing suggested server URLs 3. Expect to see login page 4. Delete the app and install again 5. Use a custom URL and expect the login page 6. Delete and re-install again 7. Disable internet connection 8. select server URL 9. Expect internet connection error 10. Testing https://github.com/medic/cht-android/issues/169 - Noticed some old phones might not have webview installed. Left comment on the ticket.

Testing cht-android v1.0.1, on Samsung S9, running on Android 10. Able to install, and login the app.
