XWalk-Webview migration process #173

User: Restricted Site: Instance(gamma, gamma-b, cht) Platform: Mobile App Test Steps: Steps for test

1. Test as follow using a phone with android 9 or below: 2. Install a xwalk apk 3. Select cht server and login 4. upgrade with a Webview build (there are more than one ways of doing this, [here](https://github.com/medic/medic-android/issues/134#issuecomment-800621826) how it was done with local builds 5. Check that user stays logged in and no data loss Expected Result: 1. Migration message is displayed 2. upgrade did succeed 3. user still logged in 4. no data loss 5. basic functionalities : send message, add new person, submit report

Tested with Tecno J5 (running on android 5), following steps here.
