Pressing phone number on contact page opens phone dialer #179

User: Restricted Site: Instance(gamma, gamma-b, cht) Platform: Chrome, Mobile App Test Steps: Steps for test

1. Add a person or edit an existing with phone number. 2. Navigate to that person contact screen 3. press Phone number 4. Phone dialer should show with number pre-populated. Expected Result: User should see new screen because of previous action. TAG this issue with the appropriate labels for config, platform, isAutomated, etc...
