User: Restricted Site: Instance(gamma, gamma-b, cht) Platform: Mobile App Test Steps: Steps for test

1. Install app 2. Select server URL 3. Login as new user 4. Go to reports > add report 5. should be prompted to accept location permission 6. Refer to this[ issue for details](https://github.com/medic/medic-android/issues/136) Expected Result: Prominent disclosure shows , followed by android permission dialog if user accepts the disclosure

Please note, there is a compatibility issue, and this feature works with cht version 3.9.2 and above. Details here.
