Update assignees and readme #185

@ngaruko, I'm not 100% sure what changed on the readme as there seems to be a mix of removing spaces and not.

For the assignees I think that's fine now. I'll add an issue to update this script to pull from the github QA team at somepoint so we don't have to maintain the assignees list.

@newtewt My bad, these spaces where added/removed automatically by the formatting by my text editor. Anyhow, I reversed those and now it is clear what changed: a) more info on creating the token and b) how to create a custom RT project
