1. checkout cht-oppia-mvp branch of https://github.com/medic/config-covid/
2. cd into cht-oppia-mvp
3. conf --local
4. on the phone > install Community Health Academy App
5. login and Go to report, add report - see Community Health Academy click and see Open Oppia Mobile
6. If app installed - Community Health Academy app opens

Expected Result: App opens

TAG this issue with the appropriate labels for config, platform, isAutomated, etc...
