Launching external apps from CHT Android app #191

User: Restricted/ Admin/ Online See: https://github.com/medic/cht-core/issues/6648

Expected Result: User should see new screen because of previous action.

TAG this issue with the appropriate labels for config, platform, isAutomated, etc...
