I think this should also include upgrading to a version that requires view indexing. I'm going to prepare a branch to upgrade to that updates views, and link it here.

I pushed a branch called release-testing-209 that adds edits to most views. To test, please launch master, push some docs, enough that view indexing is noticeable (I pushed 50.000 docs), and install this branch.
