ANC visit follow-up form was triggered as a task and was successfully completed, no issues were found.

Daniela's task ANC visit follow-up was removed after its completion. ✅ image

Test notes - Android 8.1

Using an offline user I wasn't able to do follow up task. "Error Loading Form." message appeared.
