Delete primary contact for standard config health center as admin #26

User: Admin User Site: Standard config site Platform: Chrome Desktop Test Steps: Using a newly created health center Ensure there is a primary contact associated to the health center Delete the person that is primary contact

Expected Result: The health center shows none as the primary contact. The primary contact is deleted and no longer shows in the app.
