User: Restricted User Site: LG config site Platform: Chrome Desktop Test Steps: Using a child under 5 that has had an assessment that generated follow up tasks Click on the follow up task and process the assessment follow-up form

Expected Result: The assessment follow-up report should be linked to the child The follow-up task should be cleared

Removed release test label. This is LG config we no longer use.
