Create new chw area with a family and family members as an admin user. #52

User: Admin Site: LG config site Platform: Desktop With Chrome Test Steps: Create a new clinic in newly created health facility. Add a new family to the health facility. Register at least 2 other family members during family registration.

Expected Result: The hierarchy created above is displayed in the right hand side. Clicking each person or place will display the details entered during creation.
