Prepare Instances #90

Update test instances to latest versions
1. Make sure that you have login credentials for admin and for a restricted user on both instances
2. Make sure that test instances are using the latest version of the respective config
3. Make sure instance have been wiped clean. Here is the documentation.

 Environment:

gamma-cht.dev (Default config)
gamma.dev (Standard config)

Platform: WebApp  Browser: Chrome

Both instances were updated to use the correct branch 3.14.0-beta.1 Admin user access was successful. An offline user was created and the access for that user was successful for both environments.

[X] Upgrade gamma and gamma-cht to 3.14.1-beta.1
[X] Made sure that test instances are using the latest version of the respective config (gamma standard and gamma-cht default)

Both instances were updated to use 3.14.2-beta.1 and the cofigs were set successfully
