Key Result: 1 plugin is deployed in production

There are two Team Strategies & Initiatives that this OKR applies to:

The vision is to find a deployment (or deployments!) that have a unique need that is not currently being met by the the CHT Core features. Allies will then build the minimum viable product (MVP) plugin framework enabling the deployment to fill this missing gap with a plugin that leverages the framework.

While being a MVP and only supporting the single plugin, it will still enable other deployments to use that same plugin framework.

See general status of tickets on the Allies project board, but this ticket included work on:

This has been moved to "Done" as quite a bit of work was done on one the APIs per above, but noting that this key result (KR) was very much not achieved:
